Order Status Shipments

The Order Status Shipments window displays shipment information for the order selected on the Order Status Summary window.

The window is divided into two sections of information:

1. The upper portion of the window displays summary information for the selected order's shipments, one line per shipment.
2. The lower portion of the window displays a selected shipment's product line items.

Summary List Columns

• Shipment
  Displays a shipment's number.
• Ship Date
  Displays the date of shipment.
• Shipper
  Displays the code for the shipper used to ship the products.
• Freight
  Displays any shipping charges associated with a shipment.
• Tracking Number
  Displays the shipper's tracking number.
• Invoice #
  Displays the invoice number used to bill for a shipment.

Detail List Columns

• Product
  Displays a shipment line item's product code.
• Shipped
  Displays a shipment line item's shipped quantity.
• Units
  Displays a shipment line item's unit of measure.
• Description
  Displays a shipment line item's product description.

Actions

• Tap on an shipment in the summary list (the top list) to select a shipment.  The line items for the selected shipment are then displayed in the detail list (the bottom list).
• Tap to return to the window that was displayed prior to this window.
