Work With Customer Information

The Work With Customer Information function allows you to view and edit the customers that currently reside in your device database.  Viewing and editing customers is also possible while entering new sales orders, entering new credit orders and while working with existing orders.

The primary windows displayed while within this function are:

• Customer Selection
• Customer Information
• Customer Edit

Please note that your ability to edit customer information may be restricted.  Your System Administrator may have configured your device so that editing is not allowed or so that editing is allowed only on a limited basis.
