Work With Existing Orders

The Work With Existing Orders function allows you to view and edit the customer orders that currently reside in your device database.

The windows typically displayed while viewing and editing an order are:

• Order Selection
• Customer Information
• Order Information
• Order Line Items
• Order Payment

Other accessory windows and features, such as editing customers, selecting products and viewing current order status, are accessible from within the above windows.

Please note that your ability to edit order information may be restricted.  Your System Administrator may have configured your device so that editing is not allowed or so that editing is allowed only on a limited basis.
